Job summary

Saskatchewan Health Authority is seeking a full-time temporary Scheduling Clerk for Idylwyld Centre in Saskatoon. You will create and maintain schedules in line with bargaining agreements and client needs, while providing functional guidance to staff and managers.

Requires 18 months of Home Care Scheduling experience and an Office Administration certificate. Schedule includes Days, Evenings and Weekends; 28 eight-hour shifts per rotation, with standard hours and no travel.

Qualifications

  • Leadership, problem solving, communication and analytical abilities are required.
  • Computer literacy with basic medical terminology knowledge is expected.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.
