Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Applied Science required.
• 7–12 years of relevant semiconductor/SoC/ Silicon IP experience.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional technical programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Silicon IP projects globally.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and customers.
• Provide regular project status updates and collaborate with R&D to define roadmaps and enhancements.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Monitor execution and ensure delivery meets quality, schedule, and customer expectations.
• Drive cross-team collaboration and remove blockers to keep programs on track.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices.
