Job summary

Synopsys Inc. in Markham, Ontario, is seeking an experienced semiconductor professional to lead complex, customer-facing IP programs from kickoff through post-silicon support.

You will own schedules, milestones, and SOWs, coordinate global teams across engineering, applications, sales and support, and drive risk management to ensure on-time delivery and strong customer trust.

This role requires a BSEE and 8+ years of experience, with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• BSEE or equivalent with 8+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
• Technical program management experience in SoC, analog IP, digital IP, or related technologies.
• Experience managing customer-facing programs and stakeholder communication.
• Understanding of semiconductor design flows, IP integration, and tapeout processes.
