Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related business area.
• At least five years of experience in accounting.
• Ability to operate business office equipment and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash flow and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain general ledgers for all funds and perform journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable and grant billing as needed.
• Support annual budgets and audits; ensure internal controls are followed.
