Are you a highly motivated and confident individual with a passion for driving new business opportunities? Then we're looking for talent like you to join our Value and Sales Excellence (VSE) Team.

What will your typical day look like?

Your day will involve working alongside Sales Executives and teams in the VSE and Ecosystems and Alliances (E&A) on a variety of sales activities, including:

  • Managing sales validation approval process for Sales Executives across VSE and E&A (~15 people)
  • Maintaining several accurate sales and pipeline reports/dashboards; creating new material when requested by leadership
  • Coordinating with necessary firm leaders for sales credit approvals and variable compensation payments
  • Collating materials for recurring Sales Executive community meetings; chairing or contributing to meetings as necessary
  • Creating quarterly individualized performance dashboards for Sales Executive and leadership use
  • Being a coordination and communication point for all Sales Executives for questions and process-related requests
About the team

The VSE is of a group of specialized professionals dedicated to helping drive the firm’s most strategic opportunities. The VSE leads the firm on sales governance, sales support, and sales innovation and works with public and private sector teams from all Deloitte businesses and industries across Canada.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with the following:

  • University degree with a focus on business and finance and experience in data analysis and analytics, including sales and pipeline reporting
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint for data analysis and collating and synthesizing material for executive meetings with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (both written and oral), and experience communicating with all levels from practitioners to senior partners
  • Demonstrated commitment to service excellence with the ability to work under tight deadlines for concurrent projects and prioritize based on deadlines and needs
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to work independently

The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
