Qualifications

• Expérience en gestion de projets Cloud, en exécutant des migrations à grande échelle.
• Certifications PMI ou similaires souhaitées.
• Compréhension des composants d'infrastructure comme la virtualisation et le Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Gérer les projets de transformation Cloud à grande échelle.
• Établir des délais, suivre les coûts et gérer les risques.
• Effectuer des revues hebdomadaires et des rapports de statut de projet.

Job description

Overall 15 years of cloud transformational consulting projects migration experience. The purpose of this role is to manage all large-scale multiple Cloud transformation and migration projects within the cloud practice.

The candidate must be dynamic, committed, and capable of preparing, tracking, and managing project schedules. They should have extensive experience in project and program management, especially on cloud transformation and migration consulting projects.

Primary Skills

• Experience in executing large-scale Cloud Migrations, Integrations, and Transformations.
• Proven track record of driving major IT projects, managing multiple priorities simultaneously, setting timelines, holding people accountable, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with Cloud technologies and on-premise data center migration to Cloud.
• Expertise in planning and managing multiple stakeholders, including clients, offshore teams, and cross-functional teams, to deliver transformation projects.
• Understanding of infrastructure components such as virtualization, cloud technologies, compute, storage, and networking.

Secondary Skills

• Strong communication skills with effective stakeholder management.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Experience working under tight deadlines and handling escalations.
• Ability to manage governance, collate project status reports for leadership, and conduct weekly project reviews and reporting.
• Track project schedules and cost variances across projects.
• Identify issues and risks, and track them till closure or resolution.
