We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and competent Network Program Administrator serving as the operational backbone of the Network Program Office. This critical role encompasses comprehensive contractor resource management, financial oversight, and strategic administrative coordination within a dynamic and confidential environment, driving operational excellence through meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Manage full lifecycle of contractor resources including onboarding, offboarding, and active contract administration
  • Oversee and administer contractor timesheet management, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  • Facilitate and reconcile contractor pay, invoicing, and expense management with strict compliance to financial guidelines
  • Serve as primary liaison for contractor resource management with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop financial forecasts and reports for resource allocations and expenditures
  • Provide high-level administrative support to Network Leadership Team
  • Maintain robust records and documentation for all resource-related financial transactions
  • Organize and manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate meeting materials
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and track action items
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion
  • Ensure clear and efficient communication channels across all stakeholders
  • Champion operational best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess

  • 3+ years of experience in business administration, HR, office management, or Executive Assistant role (preferably in large, fast-paced organization)
  • 1+ years of experience in resource management, including contractor onboarding, tracking, timesheet administration, and financial reconciliation
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, self-starter with ability to work independently and as collaborative team player
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with highest level of discretion and integrity
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience creating presentations and managing complex spreadsheets
  • Ability to operate effectively under pressure in dynamic environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
