Job summary

Parklane Mechanical is seeking a Senior Specialist, Digital Marketing to lead and evolve its digital presence. The role is hands-on, blending creative production with data-driven optimization across social media, website, email, and collateral.

You’ll manage calendars, produce assets, and coordinate with teams to align content with brand and business goals. You’ll create engaging content, leverage Adobe CC tools, build landing pages in WordPress, and analyze performance to drive growth for

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and social media best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing social media content calendars.
  • Strong visual design capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; video tools are a plus.
  • Experience creating static and video content for marketing purposes.
  • Experience with photography and video capture for marketing.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience managing content within WordPress.
  • Experience building email marketing campaigns; Zoho Campaigns is a plus.
  • Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop the annual and ongoing social media content calendar.
  • Translate marketing priorities into engaging social content.
  • Lead the creative development and production of social media content across platforms.

  • Support audience segmentation, testing, scheduling, deployment and performance analysis.
  • Design brochures, case studies, and other marketing collateral.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Specialist, Digital Marketing is responsible for leading Parklane’s digital marketing presence and translating the company’s brand, expertise, projects, people, and market position into compelling digital content and experiences.

This is a hands-on, highly creative and digitally focused role responsible for supporting the development and execution of Parklane’s social media, digital content, website, email marketing, and supporting creative initiatives. The position will own the management of social media calendars, lead the creative development of digital content, capture and produce visual assets, monitor performance, and make data-informed recommendations to continuously improve the company’s digital marketing efforts.

The role will also provide creative production support across the broader Marketing function, including brochures, cut sheets, presentations, campaign materials, and other branded collateral.

The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical. Someone with a strong visual eye who understands how to create content that is not only visually compelling, but strategically aligned with business objectives, audience needs, brand positioning, and measurable marketing outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and develop the annual and ongoing social media content calendar.
  • Translate annual marketing priorities, campaigns, industry trends, company initiatives, projects, and corporate milestones into engaging social content.
  • Lead the creative development and production of social media content across platforms.
  • Manage the scheduling and publishing of social media content.
  • Monitor social media performance and audience engagement.
Digital Content Creation & Creative Production
  • Create original digital content for social media, campaigns, website, email, and other digital channels.
  • Design static imagery, graphics, presentations, short-form video, motion graphics, and other digital content.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud and/or other relevant creative platforms to produce professional-quality assets.
  • Develop creative concepts that effectively communicate technical and complex subject matter in visually engaging ways.
  • Ensure all digital assets align with Parklane’s brand standards and broader positioning.
Photography, Video & Content Capture
  • Plan and coordinate photography and video capture opportunities based on the annual Marketing and content calendars.
  • Capture photography and video at corporate events, conferences, project sites, facilities, manufacturing environments, employee events, and other relevant locations.
  • Produce and edit short-form video content for social and digital channels.
  • Build and maintain a library of current, relevant, high-quality visual assets.
Website Management & Digital Experience
  • Manage content updates and ongoing maintenance of the Parklane website.
  • Create and publish new website pages in WordPress.
  • Build landing pages and campaign-specific web experiences as required.
  • Ensure website content remains current, accurate, visually consistent, and aligned with SEO and digital marketing best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve website content, user experience, engagement, and conversion.
Email Marketing
  • Build email campaigns aligned with the annual Marketing and communications calendar.
  • Develop creative layouts and visual assets for email communications.
  • Support audience segmentation, testing, scheduling, and deployment as required.
  • Monitor email performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
Marketing Collateral & Brand Creative
  • Design and produce brochures, cut sheets, capability materials, one-pagers, case study materials, and other marketing collateral.
  • Develop branded presentations and supporting materials using Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Support the development of campaign materials, event collateral, digital advertisements, and other branded assets.
  • Ensure all materials meet established brand standards and maintain a consistent visual identity.
Digital Analytics & Performance Optimization
  • Monitor social media analytics and performance on an ongoing basis.
  • Evaluate engagement, reach, impressions, audience growth, content performance, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Provide regular performance insights and recommendations to Marketing leadership.
  • Use performance data to inform future content development and campaign planning.
QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of digital marketing expertise, creative production capabilities, strong organizational skills, and commercial awareness.

Required:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media, creative marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and social media best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing social media content calendars.
  • Strong visual design capabilities and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other video platforms is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to create both static and video-based digital content.
  • Experience with photography and video capture for marketing purposes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience creating professional, branded presentations.
  • Experience managing content within WordPress.
  • Experience building and managing email marketing campaigns and templates; Zoho Campaigns experience is an asset.
  • Understanding of social media analytics and digital marketing performance metrics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience working within a B2B marketing environment.
  • Experience marketing technical or other complex products/services.
  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and/or other digital analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO and digital advertising.
  • Experience with LinkedIn as a B2B marketing channel.
  • Experience developing content for executive thought leadership and corporate brand campaigns.
WORKING CONDITIONS
