Job summary

EviSmart is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to own onboarding for complex, multi-module accounts. You will ensure that EviSmart is scoped and configured to each customer's LMS and workflow from the first sales conversation through go-live—so onboarding is smooth, on time, and no signed customer is lost.

You will map our product to the customer's LMS, assist Sales with scoping, support demos, and act as the liaison between Sales and Product.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Solutions Engineer, Implementation, or Technical Onboarding role at a B2B SaaS company.

Responsibilities

• Map our product to the customer's LMS and workflow during the sales process.
• Assist Sales with scoping complex, multi-module deals.
• Support demos for complex accounts, tailoring them to LMS/workflow.
• Be the liaison between Sales and Product and drive resolutions when LMS/workflow don’t fit.
• Work with Customer Success to improve onboarding and keep customers satisfied.
• Own and lead onboarding calls for complex, multi-module accounts.
• Ensure onboarding is completed within the timeline promised.
• Track onboarding status accurately in HubSpot.
