Overview:

The Senior Solutions Engineer plays a critical role in FISPAN's Solutions Team, collaborating across departments to ensure the success of FISPAN's products. This role involves engaging directly with Bank Partners and internal teams, leading technical and strategic discussions, designing efficient technology solutions, and improving FISPAN's end-to-end processes. The ultimate goal is to empower FISPAN's partners and their clients to automate treasury and payment operations while driving internal process enhancements that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with FISPAN partners and prospects to deliver customized product demonstrations tailored to their unique needs.
• Leverage market and technical expertise to provide strategic consultation on partner product strategies. This includes designing optimal technology and go-to-market solutions for our partners.
• Analyze bank product specifications to design and deliver best-in-class technical solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and service operations teams to develop optimal go-to-market strategies for FISPAN products across the partner ecosystem.
• Lead internal strategic initiatives aimed at automating and improving FISPAN processes to drive efficiency and revenue growth.
• Lead technical scoping and draft detailed specifications for Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Create and present strategic pitch decks to banks and new partners to introduce and highlight new product functionality.
• Act as a mentor and technical guide for junior members of the Solutions Team, fostering their professional growth and ensuring best practices.

Requirements:

• Experience:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, product management, or a similar role, preferably in financial services or financial technology.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong ability to create technical documentation, including process workflows and requirements documents.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical specifications, transforming complex details into accessible, user-friendly content.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of connectivity standards such as authentication, encryption, secure transmission, and APIs.
  • Familiarity with data standards such as XML and JSON
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to streamline workflows, drive day-to-day efficiency, and enhance technical output..
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Proven relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed individual who can manage multiple initiatives and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in financial services or financial technology is highly desirable.
• ERP ecosystem experience will be a differentiating skill as well.
• Experience in a consulting or sales role is also a benefit for this role.

Compensation Package

We want our employees to see how the ideas they help generate today have an impact on how we do business tomorrow.With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $115,000 - $135,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive semi-annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
