Job summary

ThoughtStorm Inc. seeks a Senior Solutions Designer – CRM (Salesforce) with hands-on expertise in design, configuration, development, integration, and production support to lead complex CRM initiatives.

The role requires deep Salesforce Experience Cloud, LWC, OmniStudio, and strong integration skills, plus healthcare domain experience and a commitment to governance, security, and Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce solutioning and hands-on configuration.
• 3+ years of Lightning Web Components (LWC) experience.
• Experience with OmniStudio/Vlocity and its components (FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, etc.).
• Certifications: Platform Developer I, OmniStudio Developer, Experience Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Administrator.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with internal applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong knowledge of security settings, governor limits, CI/CD, and deployment practices.
• Experience with AODA accessibility compliance, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support.
• Healthcare experience (5+ years) supporting Long-Term Care systems, EMRs, HIS, or OHRS-compliant systems.

Responsibilities

• Design Salesforce CRM solutions and architecture.

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Designer – CRM with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce solution design, configuration, development, integration, and production support.

• Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce solutioning and hands-on configuration experience, including recent experience.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce Dynamic Forms, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), with 3+ years of LWC experience.
• Experience with Salesforce OmniStudio/Vlocity, including FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Calculation Matrices, Calculation Procedures, OmniScripts, and Vlocity Data Model.
• Required Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I, OmniStudio Developer, Experience Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Administrator.
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with internal applications using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and other integration mechanisms.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security settings, governor limits, platform limitations, CI/CD, and Salesforce deployment practices.
• Experience with AODA accessibility compliance, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, defect management, and production support.
• Strong understanding of solution design, fit-gap analysis, prototypes, proof of concepts, technical documentation, and build books.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies, user stories, epics, unit testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Healthcare experience (5+ years) supporting Long-Term Care systems, EMRs, HIS, clinical assessment tools, or OHRS-compliant systems is required.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills; MuleSoft experience is an asset.

Note: Candidates must be available to work onsite five days per week in Toronto.
