Raise is seeking an experienced Solutions Designer - CRM - Senior to join our Toronto team onsite. You will design hosting technology solutions, configure Salesforce, and ensure alignment with business requirements within agile project settings.

The role emphasizes public sector experience, AODA compliance, and deep Salesforce capabilities including LWC, OmniStudio, and integration with internal systems. Collaboration with stakeholders and documentation are essential.

Formación

• Hands-on design, configuration and support of Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with AODA compliant solutions in public sector contexts is preferred.
• Ability to design, develop and integrate CRM solutions across applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices in Salesforce projects.
• Strong ability to document build books and performance measures.

Responsabilidades
