Job summary

Vena Solutions in Canada is seeking a Senior Solutions Manager to architect POC solutions and lead the POC cycle from design to delivery, collaborating with Solutions Consultants and prospects to ensure value.

This flexible role can be in the Toronto office full-time or hybrid with two days in the office per week. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of CPM/FP&A experience and strong Excel + Power BI skills to empower client success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' related work experience with a proven track record in CPM/FP&A environments.
• Advanced understanding of Vena's product features, including building complex integrations and calc scripts.
• Advanced knowledge of FP&A in multiple industries (e.g. manufacturing, services, banking, insurance).
• Ability to quickly translate prospect requirements into a Vena solution architecture that demonstrates value beyond stated pain points.
• Strong competitive awareness and ability to build demoware for competitive deals.
• Proficiency with Excel; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deconstruct client processes with presales to define a meaningful POC strategy.
• Architect and build POCs meeting success criteria, within time and hours constraints.
• Develop complex integration channels and manage Vena tables for POC solutions.
• Lead the POC cycle from initial review to design, build, test and delivery.
• Manage changes to scope and incorporate them into builds as needed.
• Mentor Solutions Managers and Consultants on product, solution and SMEs.
• Transform POC solutions into productized offerings and supporting materials.
• Contribute to competitive battlecards and sales workshops.
