Job summary

Thri5 Inc. in Downtown Toronto is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to be the primary technical partner for prospective and existing customers.

You will work closely with founders, sales, customer success, product, and engineering to build trusted relationships across IT, data, architecture, and security teams. You will lead technical discovery, design solutions, communicate Thri5's vision to CIOs, map data workflows, navigate security and integration requirements, and guide onboarding and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or similar roles.
• Direct experience working with enterprise customers and senior technical stakeholders.
• Experience with retail technology environments and enterprise systems (ERP, POS, inventory, data platforms).
• Strong foundation across cloud architecture, APIs, data platforms, integrations, and security.
• Ability to independently lead technical discovery, solution design, and technical diligence.
• Ability to translate between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and credibility with technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and solution design during the sales process.
• Engage with CIOs and senior retail technology leaders to communicate Thri5's architecture and approach.
• Design how Thri5 connects with customer data platforms, systems, and workflows.
• Navigate technical diligence including architecture, security, data, and integration requirements.
• Lead the technical aspects of customer onboarding and deployment.
• Translate customer requirements into solutions with product and engineering.
• Support technical aspects of customer expansion into new use cases, markets, and data sources.
