Job description

Position Overview

We are currently looking for a Senior Solution Consultant to design and implement supply chain planning solutions for our clients using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro). This position is remote but will involve business travel.

As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will work directly with clients to understand their business needs and configure effective supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro). You’ll play a key role in translating business requirements into technical solutions, supporting data integration, and ensuring clients gain measurable value from their investments. You'll collaborate closely with Solution Architects and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions that optimize supply chain operations.

Your Contribution:

1. Work directly with our clients to understand their business requirements, and collaborate with the project teams to configure solutions accordingly.
2. Configure RapidResponse (Maestro) according to the customer-specific processes, business requirements, and the functionality of their source system(s).
3. Triage and resolve complex data and analytical configurations to ensure that RapidResponse (Maestro) is producing the expected results.
4. Support Solution Architects designing complex solutions for business requirements while maintaining best practices.
5. Ensure the customer obtains the business benefits captured in the business case.
6. Support the validation and testing of the solution and capture user feedback.
7. Support data management and data integration-related activities.
8. Any other reasonable project-related tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.

Required Qualifications

1. Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research or a related field with an excellent academic record.
2. Experience in supply chain management with practical knowledge in demand/supply planning and/or inventory management & optimization.
3. Capability to develop RapidResponse(Maestro) resources to provide or support the expected functionalities.
4. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Preferred Skills:

1. Detail-oriented and self-directed.
2. Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
3. Practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations.
4. Experience in software implementation projects is an asset.
5. Industry certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP (or similar ones) are an asset.
