Confluence is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a core engineering team building a modern, multi-tenant enterprise platform. You will work across a full stack including React, .NET, Python, and SQL Server while designing, implementing, and delivering features that scale.

This hands‑on role emphasizes code quality, maintainability, and architectural discipline, with opportunities to influence system evolution and performance improvements across the stack.

Qualifications

• Experience in full stack software development.
• Strong experience with C#/.NET backend development.
• Experience building web applications (React or similar frameworks).
• Experience working with databases (SQL Server or similar).
• Understanding of modern architecture approaches (e.g. clean architecture, layered systems, or CQRS).

Responsibilities

• Design and build features across the application.
• Maintain architectural standards and ensure performance and reliability at scale.
• Contribute to CI/CD and deployment processes.
