Confluence is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join a core engineering team building a multi-tenant enterprise platform used by institutional clients.

You will work across a modern full stack environment (React, .NET, Python, SQL Server) in a monorepo, designing and building features while maintaining architectural standards and scalability. The role emphasizes code quality, reliability, and long-term maintainability, with involvement in CI/CD and deployment as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in full stack software development across frontend and backend layers.
• Strong backend development with C#/.NET and relational databases.
• Experience building web applications using React or similar frameworks.
• Understanding modern architecture approaches and CQRS concepts.
• Comfortable debugging and solving complex issues across layers.
• Experience in Agile environments and contributing to CI/CD.
