Job summary

Fleetworthy is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute hands-on in our agile team, building the next-gen compliance platform. You will take features from design through production-ready code, making sound technical decisions that fit the architecture.

You will bring strong full-stack experience, mentor peers, and collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate strategy into robust software across front-end Vue/Vuex and back-end .NET, with SQL and DevOps responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proven full-stack development experience in modern web apps.
• Strong written and verbal communication, documentation and async workflows.
• Ability to own work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and mentor peers.
• Experience partnering with product management to deliver outcomes.
• Experience working across multiple time zones in remote or hybrid settings.

Responsibilities

• Write production-ready, well-tested, maintainable code for front-end and back-end.
• Architect, review, and improve code quality, performance, and security.
• Understand and align with team architecture, applying security considerations.
• Design and implement high-availability, low-latency applications across the stack.
• Contribute to Vue front end and .NET back end development, following patterns.
• Own SQL query performance and assist in database design decisions.
• Share in DevOps responsibilities and champion observability tooling.
