About the Customer Data Platform Team:

We are a team of high-caliber full-stack engineers dedicated to empowering marketers to build and target the right audiences, follow their conversion journey, and gain insights into campaign effectiveness. We lead efforts to build a platform that helps brands organize and manage audiences, engage meaningfully, and bridge programmatic advertising with marketing tech. Our projects have high impact and visibility across the company!

StackAdapt is a Remote First company, open to candidates anywhere in North America for this position.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Collaborate with Product Managers and engineers to translate complex business problems into high-quality software.
2. Partner with UX researchers to create simple, intuitive workflows on the StackAdapt platform.
3. Own projects from start to finish, including planning and stakeholder engagement.
4. Write technical design documents, assess risks, and make informed tradeoffs.
5. Participate in code and design reviews to elevate technical standards.
6. Mentor early-career engineers and support their growth.

What You'll Bring to the Table

1. 5+ years of experience building high-performance web applications.
2. Experience with React/Redux, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails, and GraphQL.
3. Experience leading customer-facing projects end-to-end.
4. Collaborative experience with product and design teams.
5. Experience in marketing technology, adtech, or customer data platforms is highly valuable.
