Qualifications

• 6+ years of production software experience with impact.
• Strong C# and .NET skills, plus RESTful APIs.
• Frontend experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with MS SQL Server.
• Proven ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of complex features from requirements, design, to testing, deployment and support.
• Translate ambiguous challenges into clear development plans.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services, RESTful APIs, and integrations.
• Develop responsive frontend experiences using React and TypeScript.
• Lead technical design decisions for APIs, data models, and integrations.
• Evaluate trade-offs and balance delivery speed with maintainability.
• Collaborate with architecture teams on system-wide decisions.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early for smooth delivery.
• Investigate production incidents, find root causes, and implement fixes.
• Promote security, testing, observability, performance, and docs best practices.
• Build accessible frontend apps with usability and SEO in mind.
• Conduct thorough code reviews focusing on correctness and security.
• Mentor developers, share knowledge, and participate in code reviews.
