Job summary

Bit Complete is seeking a mid-level Frontend Developer based in Canada to contribute to client projects and internal initiatives. You will progress from scoped features to larger independent contributions, working primarily on one project at a time.

You will design and develop impactful software, lead timelines, and collaborate across teams, including mentoring new teammates and improving code quality. Strong React experience and backend exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of relevant industry experience, ideally with backend exposure.
• Proficiency in React and in one of Python or Go.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop impactful software with a focus on UX, performance, and reliability.
• Lead project timelines, coordinate with the team, and communicate progress.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to documentation, and mentor teammates.
