Job summary

Brilliant Harvest Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain production-ready tools and ETL pipelines for data extraction and ingestion on the Brilliant Harvest platform.

You will work closely with the Head of AI to expand our Document Ingestion and RAG-based AI Assistant, from data pipelines to LLM integration, participating in design reviews and architecture evolution. Remote-first role with flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as full stack or backend with ETL experience.
• Experience taking ideas from concept to production.
• Experience with LLM API integration (GPT).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain prototypes and products.
• Develop ETL tools for data extraction and ingestion.
• Collaborate with AI architect on Document Ingestion and AI Assistant.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and architecture evolution.
• Estimate development effort and analyze requirements.
• Review UI/UX feasibility and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to process improvements.
