Job summary

System Soft Technologies is seeking a senior software engineer for its AI Solutions team. You’ll hands-on develop production agentic systems using core blocks like context, memory, guardrails, and tool calling, driving end-to-end delivery and architecture decisions.

You will regularly use Claude Code, Codex, and Copilot to ship features, validate outputs, and steer the design of agent-centric software that avoids hallucinations and risky dependencies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years in Python.
• Strong architecture and system design to decompose problems and guide teams.
• Daily use of agentic coding tools to ship features.
• Fluency with agentic AI building blocks: context, memory, guardrails, tool calling, MCP, and skills.
• Ability to validate AI output and mitigate risks.
• Clear communication and precise requirements documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic AI solutions for customers from core blocks: context, memory, guardrails, tool calling, skills.
• Design harnesses and loops enabling agents to build software.
• Use agentic coding tools daily to maximize throughput.
• Direct software-architecture decisions and validate agent outputs.
• Evaluate new AI tooling and integrate into practices.
• Own end-to-end delivery and communicate specs and blockers.
