CoreFactor is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to own production-grade AI systems, focusing on Generative AI and agentic architectures. You will lead design, development, and governance, partnering with business and tech stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions.

The role emphasizes mentoring junior engineers, setting best practices, and driving architectural decisions across LLM-powered workflows within a Data, AI & Analytics team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/DS/AI/ML/Stats or related field.
• 4–8+ years of data science/ML/AI engineering experience delivering production systems.
• Experience designing agentic AI systems with multi-step reasoning and tool use.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build production-grade intelligent systems using existing LLMs via API integration and RAG.
• Lead development of agentic AI systems enabling multi-step reasoning and task decomposition.
• Contribute to reusable AI platform design with shared tooling and infrastructure.
• Build web app AI solutions using React or Streamlit.
