Qualifications

• Comfort engaging directly with clients and stakeholders on technical topics.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of medium-to-large features or epics, decomposing work for others.
• Own technical design for self-contained or multi-service solutions and diagram approaches.
• Mentor intermediate and junior engineers, modeling AI-first practice across the team.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and contribute to pre-sales with clients.
