Job summary

Clariti Cloud Inc. is hiring a product engineering developer to join a small, senior pod inside our Agentic SDLC framework, building permitting, licensing, plan review, and inspections for North American cities.

You will direct coding agents, write clear specs, review outputs, and own the results as if you wrote the code, delivering features with quality, security, and a user-focused experience at the counter.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a software developer shipping production web applications.
• Experience building with coding agents and AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong written communication.
• Habit of reading and understanding what you ship; you verify, you do not assume.
• Comfort with pace and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Ship product from spec to production within the pod's agentic workflow.
• Direct coding agents to implement specs, review outputs critically, and iterate.
• Hold the quality bar for government-grade software and explainable outcomes.
• Improve pod workflows and feedback to the Applied AI team.
• Learn permitting, licensing, plan review, inspections and related government domains.
