Moneris Solutions in Toronto seeks a Senior Software Developer to own full-stack features across UI, API, data and integrations. You will work with React, TypeScript, Node.js, SQL Server and Azure in a cross-functional Agile team, delivering secure interfaces and reliable transaction workflows.

The role offers end-to-end ownership, cloud delivery, automated testing, and production support, with mentoring opportunities as scope grows. Hybrid/remote collaboration is supported.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building and supporting production software.
• Strong full-stack experience with React, TypeScript and Node.js.
• Experience designing REST APIs, service-based applications and integrations with internal or third-party systems.
• Strong SQL and relational data modelling skills, including database migrations.
• Automated testing experience across unit, integration and API tests.
• Experience with asynchronous or event-driven processing using Kafka or another messaging platform.
• Experience with secure authentication and authorization, a major cloud platform, Git, pull requests, continuous integration and delivery.

• Contribute to Azure solutions, delivery pipelines, infrastructure as code, production support, technical design and developer mentoring.

You will work with React, TypeScript, Node.js, SQL Server and Microsoft Azure as a senior member of a cross‑functional Agile team.
The role offers end‑to‑end ownership of customer‑facing features, secure interfaces and reliable transaction workflows.
You will contribute to cloud delivery, automated testing, event‑driven processing and production support.
As your scope grows, you will shape solution design, own key integrations and mentor other developers.

Location: You will be based in our Toronto office, balancing in‑office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to Manager, Software development And Architecture.

Posting Type: New Position.

Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $142,000.

Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions.

• Experience with high‑volume transaction processing, OAuth 2.0, observability, cloud data platforms, payments, fintech or another regulated industry.
