Job summary

Scotiabank in Toronto, Canada is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager (Execution Lead) to drive end-to-end delivery for one or more teams within a large-scale Agile program. You will serve as a Scrum Master and Project Manager within the Cloud & Developer Enablement portfolio, removing impediments and guiding release readiness.

You will lead agile practices, manage risks, and coordinate with engineering, product, and governance partners to ensure milestones are met and value is delivered

Qualifications

• 5-7 years' experience in managing and delivering complex software projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices, including Scrum.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for end-to-end delivery of one or more teams in an agile program.
• Act as Scrum Master and Project Manager within Cloud & Developer Enablement.
• Identify, elevate, and remove release and team impediments.
• Manage schedule, risks, and issues across the portfolio.
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies and maintain project status reports.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, risk, legal, and audit as needed.
• Support app releases and rollout activities.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery teams.
