Job summary

Scotiabank is seeking a Senior Business Advisor in Clarenville to manage a portfolio of high-value small business relationships and drive retention. You’ll build local connections with Centres of Influence and deliver comprehensive advice to help clients grow their businesses.

You will partner with other advisors to maintain a customer-centric atmosphere, demonstrate strong relationship-building and communication skills, and rely on your business background and market knowledge to navigate small

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of small business products and services.
• Familiarity with financial statements and risk management.
• Experience with small business life cycles and legal structures.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of high value and/or complex small business owner relationships to achieve retention and other negotiated goals.
• Develop relationships within the local business community by engaging Centres of Influence.
• Provide comprehensive advice to clients to help them build successful businesses.
