Job summary

Greenwin Corp. is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead on-site construction of high-rise and mixed-use projects in Mississauga. You will provide technical direction, coordinate trades, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include coordinating with PMs, consultants, and municipal authorities, implementing the safety program, and ensuring occupancy-ready handovers while maintaining budgets and drawings compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in high-rise construction or mixed-use developments.
• Proven leadership and management experience supervising construction teams, subcontractors, and trades.
• Strong knowledge of high-rise construction methods, scheduling, site logistics, cost control, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily on-site construction activities, providing management, administrative, and technical direction.
• Manage site operations, construction logistics, and subcontractor activities to ensure efficient project execution.
• Supervise and coordinate trades, suppliers, and on-site personnel, including Assistant Superintendents and Site Coordinators.
• Identify and resolve construction challenges, including constructability concerns, trade conflicts, and coordination issues.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior construction staff.
