Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as Construction Site Superintendent at a General Contracting firm.
• Knowledge of Site Development, Building Envelope and Ontario Building Code.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules and communicate progress.
• Assist with permit applications and vendor setup.
• Organize trade contractors to meet milestones.
• Drive look-ahead schedules and manage punch lists.
• Maintain a safe MOL-compliant site.
• Provide daily progress updates to the project team.
• Attend project meetings and manage documentation.
• Post-construction warranty support.
• Ensure quality of workmanship per construction documents.
