Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in site engineering and supervision within the construction industry.
• Proven experience in civil infrastructure projects (roads, buildings, earthworks).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles.
• Proficiency in surveying equipment and CAD software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications effectively.
• Experience working in a hybrid environment, balancing site and office duties.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and project deadlines.
