Job summary

Keyera is seeking a Senior SharePoint Systems Analyst to administer and improve SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments. Working with stakeholders across Information Management, Cybersecurity, Legal, and IT, this role will translate business needs into secure, governed, user-friendly solutions, including site design, configuration, migration, automation, and training.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of SharePoint Online in an enterprise setting, strong troubleshooting, documented

Qualifications

Post-secondary education or equivalent in IT/CS or related field.
7+ years of hands-on SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 in enterprise.
Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and 365 tool assessment.
Experience with migrations, Purview, PowerShell, APIs, regulated env.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and ability to explain technical concepts.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with teams.
Certifications in M365, Purview, or Nintex assets welcomed.

Responsibilities

Understand needs, drive adoption, and deliver MS 365 solutions.
Administer and support SharePoint Online sites, hubs, and permissions.
Troubleshoot complex permissions, sharing, search, and metadata issues.
Design scalable SharePoint structures, metadata, navigation, and search.
Gather requirements and design, configure, test, implement MS 365 solutions.
Support content migrations, assess permissions and metadata.
Collaborate with Information Management, Legal, Cybersecurity, IT on compliance.
Develop technical docs, user guidance, and training; coach site owners.
Monitor service health and governance; coordinate escalations.
Evaluate 365 changes for improved search, automation, and AI features.
