Job summary

Ledcor Group of Companies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Manager to guide and evolve their ServiceNow practice in Vancouver. The role combines people leadership with platform strategy, governance, and architectural oversight for scalable, customer-focused solutions.

You will lead a distributed team, drive roadmap planning, monitor service metrics, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver continuous improvement and mature service delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading enterprise SaaS platforms and governance initiatives.
• Certifications such as CSA, CIS, ITIL v4, CSM, PMP are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed team of ServiceNow professionals and foster a high-performance culture.
• Monitor and report on service metrics, backlog aging, and SLA/OLA performance.
• Own and maintain the ServiceNow roadmap, planning and release adoption.
• Provide architectural direction across ServiceNow programs and maintain platform integrity.
• Establish platform standards, security controls, and governance frameworks.
