KPMG’s ServiceNow practice is expanding with a Functional Consultant / Senior Consultant role in Ottawa, focusing on Integrated Risk Management (IRM). You will translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions, support workshops, and contribute to project artifacts throughout implementation.

The role requires 1–5 years of ServiceNow experience, two certifications, and English fluency (French helpful). Competitive CAD salary with bonus potential and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of ServiceNow or related technology implementation experience.
• Experience supporting client-facing projects, workshops, requirements gathering, and testing.
• Strong business analysis, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• At least two ServiceNow certifications.
• Written and oral fluency in English; French is also referenced as a communication skill.

Responsabilités

• Support client engagements, workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Translate business requirements and risk or cybersecurity needs into user stories and ServiceNow solutions.
• Prepare project documentation, process maps, test scripts, presentations, and training materials.
• Support implementation, configuration, testing, defect resolution, and quality assurance with technical teams.
• Contribute to IRM best practices, reusable methodologies, and practice knowledge.
