Job summary

Alldus is seeking a French-speaking ServiceNow SPM Developer to join our client’s team in Montreal, Quebec on a contract basis. You will develop and configure ServiceNow SPM solutions to meet project and portfolio management needs, streamline business processes and give management teams clearer insight into performance.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, strong JavaScript skills, and a proven track record delivering SPM solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience developing and configuring the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience delivering or implementing ServiceNow SPM solutions.
• Knowledge of project and portfolio management processes, including risk management.
• Strong JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules and Flow Designer skills.
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Understanding of the ServiceNow development lifecycle from testing to deployment.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Clear communication and collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and/or ESG modules is a plus.

• Perform technical testing, assist with user acceptance testing and troubleshoot defects.
• Support platform releases, maintain technical documentation and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders throughout development and delivery.
• Advise on the use of standard ServiceNow features and apply development best practices.

• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Experience with Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and/or Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) modules is an advantage.
