Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd. in Val d'Or is seeking a Service Manager to lead the service department and oversee after-market support services for equipment.

You will manage workflow, budgets, and a team across shop, field, and resident locations to ensure customer uptime and service quality. You will develop annual service budgets, monitor KPIs, and lead performance reviews, while collaborating with parts and sales to optimize uptime and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ progressive experience in service, management, and business.
• Experience in heavy equipment dealership operations and service delivery.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage service workflow to plan, schedule, and complete work within quoted costs.
• Build relationships with customers and internal teams to support service delivery.
• Oversee quality service execution in shop, field, and resident locations.
• Prepare quotes, oversee work orders, and ensure timely billing.
• Coordinate with parts and sales to ensure parts availability and reduce downtime.
• Develop and manage the annual service department budget.
• Monitor monthly revenue, margins, expenses, productivity, and KPIs.
