Qualifications

5 years of hydronics experience (commercial/residential/custom home).
4th year or Journeyperson ticket required.
Tech-savvy with tablets; Service Titan experience is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting and able to work with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Customer-facing service with sales considerations a plus.
Class 5 driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

Install residential and commercial hydronic/boiler systems; repair/maintenance including burner work.
Test and calibrate controls, safety devices and components.
Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Work with hydronic/steam heating systems, pumps, tanks, and piping.
Provide clear explanations of issues and repair options to customers.
Maintain accurate service records of work and parts used.
Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines on job sites.
