Job summary

Omnicom’s agency Omnicom’s Critical Mass is seeking a Senior Search Strategist (SEO focus) to lead holistic SEO programs for global brands. You will optimize site experiences, drive organic traffic, and craft data-driven content strategies across campaigns.

You will mentor a team of SEO specialists, deliver client-ready reports, align paid and organic efforts, and stay current with AI search, voice search, and technical SEO best practices. 5+ years of SEO and strong analytics are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEO experience with demonstrated achievements in improving search performance and driving traffic
• Strong data analytics skills using Google Analytics, Search Console, and related tools
• Expert-level understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and best practices
• Strong presentation and data storytelling skills for client calls and reports
• Experience defining and implementing standardized SEO processes and cross-disciplinary guidelines
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Experience mentoring junior SEO specialists or working with paid search teams

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize holistic SEO strategies for global brands
• Leverage data and user intent signals to inform content strategy and keyword research
• Mentor, train, and oversee a team of SEO specialists
