Job summary

RB Global Inc. in Saskatoon is seeking a Seller Experience Specialist to own post-contract seller relationships in the assigned market. You will lead onboarding kickoffs, establish expectations, and remain the primary contact throughout the seller lifecycle to drive retention.

This role requires deep market knowledge, data-led engagement, and proactive problem solving to remove friction and grow seller value while partnering with sales leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5-7+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a market-facing relationship role.
• Experience owning a book of accounts or end-to-end market, as single point of contact.
• CRM fluency: Salesforce required or equivalent CS tooling preferred.
• Data-led engagement: interpret health scores, usage signals, and market trends.
• Proactive partnership with sellers, not just responsiveness.
• Reside in-market; remote-compatible with regular in-person presence.
• Bilingual (French/Spanish) preferred.
• Travel 20-30% for seller visits, regional events, and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding kickoff for each seller in the assigned market and maintain the point of contact through lifecycle.
• Be the market’s lifecycle point of contact; deliver market briefs and updates to sales leadership.
• Own quarterly business reviews using Seller Health Score and Salesforce data.
• Identify and remove friction; escalate and communicate insights to senior teams.
• Identify expansion signals and support loyalty and retention through proactive checks.
• Manage seller-facing escalations, training, and inclusion in meetings.
