Burke Recruiting is partnering with a growing corporate securities and governance advisory firm to hire two experienced securities professionals. This is a fully remote opportunity for someone who knows Canadian public-company securities work and wants more autonomy, direct client exposure and interesting, sophisticated files.

Ideal candidates will have experience with TSXV/CSE, SEDAR/SEDI, continuous disclosure, private placements, and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience with TSXV and/or CSE regulatory requirements.
• Familiar with SEDAR and SEDI procedures.
• Knowledge of continuous disclosure and Canadian securities rules.
• Experience with private placements and financings.
• Strong corporate governance and public-company records management.
• Ability to manage client files independently.

We’d love to speak with you if you have experience with:

• TSXV and/or CSE
• SEDAR+ and SEDI
• Continuous disclosure and Canadian securities requirements
• Private placements and financings
• Corporate governance and public-company records
• Managing client files independently.

You might currently be a Senior Securities Paralegal, Corporate Securities Paralegal, Corporate Secretary, Corporate Secretary Consultant or working in a similar public-company securities role.
