Job Description
- The Scrum Master will provide servant leadership and facilitation for Agile teams, helping them embrace Lean-Agile principles, adopt SAFe practices, and continuously improve performance.
- This role is responsible for reinforcing team rules, facilitating key ceremonies, coaching teams in self-management, and supporting organizational SAFe adoption.

Responsibilities
- Exhibit Lean-Agile leadership by helping teams adopt SAFe Core Values, Principles, and practices.
- Reinforce team rules to ensure effective Agile team collaboration.
- Facilitate team progress toward goals by focusing on quality, predictability, flow, and velocity.
- Lead team efforts in continuous improvement and facilitate retrospectives.
- Facilitate team events such as Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Iteration Review, and Iteration Retrospective.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog management, prioritization, and scope alignment.
- Facilitate the removal of impediments beyond team authority or requiring cross-team support.
- Build a high-performing team, coach in self-management, and resolve interpersonal conflicts.
- Support the Agile Release Train (ART) by coordinating inter-team cooperation
- Represent the team in Scrum of Scrums (SoS) and strengthen communication with other Agile teams.
- Support the organization’s adoption of SAFe by coaching stakeholders and non-Agile teams.
- Facilitate preparation and readiness for ART events including PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect and Adapt.
- Guide the team in establishing normalized estimates for Features and Capabilities.
