Job summary

Capgemini in Canada is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for CRM technology teams. You will drive execution, identify dependencies, and partner with product owners and stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of Agile delivery experience, strong facilitation skills, and a track record working in large enterprise environments. This role emphasizes ownership, transparency, and customer-centric delivery.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Agile delivery including 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and Agile scaling practices.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in large enterprise environments.
Demonstrated ability to identify and manage risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive teams toward successful outcomes.
Experience working closely with business stakeholders to understand and solve complex business problems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead Agile delivery for one or more cross-functional technology teams.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives.
Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to drive successful delivery.
Develop a deep understanding of business objectives and challenge teams to focus on underlying business outcomes rather than simply executing tasks.
Monitor team progress, delivery commitments, dependencies, and milestones across initiatives.
Identify delivery risks, impediments, and bottlenecks early, and proactively drive resolution plans.
Provide transparent reporting on sprint health, delivery status, risks, and dependencies.
Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the team.
Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices.
Support release planning and coordinate activities across multiple dependent teams.
Drive effective stakeholder communication and ensure alignment between business and technology teams.
Promote a culture of ownership, quality, and customer-centric delivery.
