Job summary

Bevertec is seeking an IT Project Manager in Canada to lead agile delivery and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience, 3+ years in Agile delivery or coaching, and a valid Canadian Security Clearance (Reliability/Enhanced Reliability or higher).

Strong Scrum knowledge and CSP certification are required. You will coach teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and remove impediments across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• 3+ years of Agile delivery, transformation, training, or coaching experience.
• Valid Canadian Security Clearance – Reliability / Enhanced Reliability / Secret or higher.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification required.
• Strong experience with team coaching, team dynamics, and conflict management.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing impediments.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
