Job summary

Kelly is seeking an experienced SCM Contracts Advisor (Level 4) in Calgary, AB, for a 12-month contract. The role leads post-award contract administration, coordinating performance, change management, and close-out activities.

Qualifications

• Legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Post-secondary education in SCM, Business, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Contract Administration, Procurement / Supply Chain, Commercial Contracts, Project Support.
• Experience with post-award contract administration, bid evaluations and sourcing events, amendments and change orders, and close-out processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, E-Sourcing platforms, Contract Management systems, Document Management tools, and Electronic Signature platforms.

Responsibilities

• Administer project contracts in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Maintain contract records, approvals, and audit trails.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and governance processes.
• Review awarded contracts and documentation to understand scope, deliverables, terms, and reporting.
• Create and maintain contract files, trackers, change logs, and contact lists.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and contract kick-off meetings.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, action items, and approval packages.
• Coordinate supplier performance meetings and monitor contract compliance.
• Track milestones, costs, commitments, forecasts, and purchase orders.
• Manage contract amendments, change orders, and requests for information.
• Identify risks, discrepancies, and commercial issues and escalate as needed.
• Support contract close-out activities and supplier evaluations.
• Assist with end-to-end sourcing activities including bid packages, events, communications, evaluations, and award recommendations.
• Maintain sourcing and contracting documentation in applicable systems.
