Job summary

Ulteig is a leading engineering solutions provider seeking a Commercial Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to lead a high‑performing sourcing team for SCADA and metering equipment critical to our engineering delivery. You will own equipment financials, forecast revenue and margins, and partner with engineering, proposal, and Enterprise Procurement to ensure optimal project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, business, engineering, or related field
• 10+ years procurement and contract negotiation experience in energy sector
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams
• Knowledge of equipment and service contracts for major infrastructure projects
• Ability to assess risk related to price, schedule, and quality
• Experience managing supplier relationships and project stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and grow a high-performing equipment sourcing team for SCADA and metering procurement
• Own and manage equipment financials—forecasting, revenue, COGS, and margins
• Develop and execute equipment sourcing strategy with supplier diversification and risk management
• Manage supplier relationships: agreements, terms, payments, bulk pricing
• Improve core sourcing processes across the project lifecycle
• Translate technical specs into sourcing requirements with engineering teams
• Incorporate cybersecurity and regulatory considerations into sourcing decisions
• Collaborate with Enterprise Supply Chain on onboarding, pricing, logistics, ERP enablement
• Ensure adherence to Ulteig’s Supplier Management program
• Maintain market intelligence on pricing, lead times, risks and terms
• Support proposals with real-time pricing and timely contracting
• Identify and mitigate delivery risk across active projects
