Siemens Energy, Inc. seeks a Procurement Team Lead to provide functional leadership for a group of procurement professionals supporting tendering and execution of Grid Technologies projects across North America.

The role focuses on coaching, developing, and aligning teams with governance, risk, and commercial objectives while driving continuous improvement and digital tool adoption across a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of progressive procurement experience in a project environment.
• Ability to coach, develop, and empower procurement professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to procurement professionals to enhance their skills and performance.
• Guide project procurement activities during tendering and execution phases.
• Ensure alignment with procurement processes, governance, and objectives while managing complex negotiations.
