Job summary

Colliers is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Architect with 8-10 years of IT experience, focusing on Employee Central. You will lead BAU support, complex incident resolution, and integration efforts across HR systems in a global landscape.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, deep module knowledge, and the ability to design scalable HR transformation solutions, while coordinating with external partners and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years IT experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation and integration.
• Strong functional and technical expertise across SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience in architecture design and HR transformation.
• Excellent stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as L3 support consultant for SAP SuccessFactors, with primary ownership of complex Employee Central issues.
• Investigate incidents, data issues, configuration defects, integration-related data errors, and process failures within SLAs.
• Lead BAU activities for quarterly SuccessFactors releases, including release notes, regression testing, and readiness.
• Provide guidance on HR functionality, configuration constraints, and recommended ways of working.
• Work with external partners, AMS providers, SAP Support, and IT to resolve complex issues.
