MethodHub is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Architect with 8-10 years of IT experience and deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, integration, and solution architecture. The role emphasizes strong functional and technical skills across modules, stakeholder management, and scalable HR transformation design.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors in BAU/support environments.
Deep functional knowledge of Employee Central foundation objects, structures, workflows, data models, permissions.
Proven ability to resolve L3-level tickets and deliver permanent fixes.

Responsibilities

Act as the functional L3 support consultant for SAP SuccessFactors with primary ownership of complex Employee Central issues.
Investigate and resolve complex incidents, data issues and integration-related errors within SLAs.
Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes, configuration improvements or process changes.
Support payroll- and benefits-impacting changes with validation and stakeholder sign-off.
Lead BAU activities for quarterly updates, including release readiness and post-release stabilization.
