Job summary

Kamptos Technologies LLC is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Engineer/Consultant to join our team in a hybrid role based in Toronto, ON or Vancouver, BC. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of IT experience with strong SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and BAU/L3 support capabilities.

Responsibilities include providing L3/BAU support for Employee Central, troubleshooting complex incidents, performing RCA, configuring EC objects, and supporting Time Off, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and

Qualifications

• 8–10 years IT experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• BAU/L3 support, configuration, and integrations experience.
• Experience with quarterly releases and regression testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3/BAU support for SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Employee Central.
• Troubleshoot incidents, defects, data issues, workflow/process failures, and integration problems.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes and improvements.
• Configure Employee Central Foundation Objects, Organizational Structures, Position Management, Data Models, and RBPs.
• Support Time Off, including absence types, accrual rules, calendars, and workflows.
• Support Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Compensation, including planned implementations.
• Handle configuration changes, enhancements, data corrections, change requests, testing, and production releases.
• Coordinate quarterly releases with impact assessment, testing, and post-release stabilization.
• Support role-based permissions, security, workflows, and system administration.
• Troubleshoot data issues impacting payroll, benefits, and related systems.
• Coordinate with integration/technical teams for middleware, mapping, connectivity, and interface issues.
• Participate in change governance and data protection activities.
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and SAP Support.
